today went well, I stayed under the 500cals and did an hour walk (not that much i know) got some sun and did 50 pushups 50 crunches
tomorrow is the same limit

ABC DIET
okay so tomorrow I am starting the ABC diet - the Ana Boot Camp diet :)
the rules are pretty simple, but tough.
the main reasoning behind this is halloween in 2 weeks ohmygodyay and summer is coming up soon
